well if they the video files came pre-install with the phone it is best to leave them alone.
If they were files that you added to your phone then you can unprotect them and then delete them.
u switch off the phone... n remove ur card and then format it again in pc using memory card reader....then again insert ur card and use it....then first it'l detect n u can use....if the card dosen detect wen u connect to pc then ask ur retailer for servicing or replacement...
OK.... i think you av updated the rong softwere <eg> for a different fone see if u can contact sonyericsson or take it to your neerest shop and ask for it to be formatted a hope dis helpsss u !!!
