To make a youtube account first you need a gmail account
1. Go to www.gmail.com and click " create an account"
2. After successfully creating an gmail account go to youtube and enter your gmail account that you created.

Ok your going to need a e-mail account if you don't have one because youtube conntects to your email. Go to youtube click sign in then find create acount where you will fill out the applicationfor everything. then it will exlpain the test of the steps of mainly setting up your acount
you cant change your yahoo mail adress from your yahoo acount .. if you want a new mail just create a new acount or use another mail service such as google AOL etc
try to look back and remember your account in google account so that you can match your other account to create that ask with the other account to create..
you would use a programme such as msn messanger or you can use some thing like skype
both you and family will have to install one of these progs , you create a acount family creates a acount and then its just case of callign each other and starting cams and mics.

unfortunately it is not possible to get back your old account due to the yahoo rules and regulations .... nothing can be done ... try to contact yahoo help ..if there is very important mail regarding.. then they can retreive it...but this will be done by high recommendations from concerned government ...
