Printing is faint when I make a label (parts of letters don't even appear...very faint ink on other parts of the label). Since it still prints SOME of the text, I assume the batteries are still working, and the tape is about 3/4 full so neither of the suggested fixes I've seen on line (change batteries, change tape) would be an appropriate solution.Printing is faint when I make a label (parts of letters don't even appear...very faint ink on other parts of the label). same thing happens to mine...new batteries, full tape...no printing, the roller is moving fine...the magnetic/heat pad moves in and touches the tape fine...can't figure it out. same thing happens to mine...new batteries, full tape...no printing, the roller is moving fine...the magnetic/heat pad moves in and touches the tape fine...can't figure it out.
Our Dymo Letratag prints the bottom half of the words, it doesn't matter what size the letters are. The machine is almost new. We've tried new batteries and new tape. It must be something wrong with the print head.

I changed the batteries and the tape -- didn't work for me either.
Definitely just put decent batteries in it. I promise this will work.
