use windows media player... open WMP connect your player it should recognize it... use this to sync music to your sansa...you highlight the songs in WMP right click ... go to add music .. select sync .. once you get the songs into a sync list ... you just sync the sansa...
You can connect the Sansa m240 to your pc, and in my computer you shall see the player. You can add music by dragging the mp3 files to the music folder on the player. You should see your other music currently on the player, in those folders.
Follow these steps to drag-and-drop music files to your Sansa player:
1. Connect your Sansa player to your computer.
2. Open Windows Explorer.
3. Double-click on your Sansa player.
4. Double-click Internal Memory if you are using WMP 11 or double-click
Media if you are using WMP 10.
5. Drag and drop music files from your computer to the Sansa player’s MUSIC
folder.
