You don't specify your phone model, but it looks like it's, well, out of memory :) Try deleting some stored messages (sent and/or received) and try again. If your phone shares memory with ringtones and pictures, try deleting any of them to free up some memory space.

Hi, please delete the unsent or sent Pictures messages stored in the Sent items of your phone in order to send more picture messages. When the phone Memory becomes full the phone cannot store anymore picture messages to send. Hence please delete the pictures messages (MMS) in the sent items of Multimedia Message Sent items.
This is because when you send the message it stores up in outbox and then only it wil be sent,As your phone memory is full no space is there for storing in the outbox. So please delete the inbox and draft and savedmessages so that you will not get this message again.
This is because when you send a text message it gets stored in the outbox and it wil be sent.As there is no memory in the phone the message sent cannot be stored up in outbox which says memory full.
Please delete the images ,music files from the phone memory so that you can sent the text messages with photos.
Bro i suppose u might hav cleared msgs from ur sim memory and not phone memory. Anyways if the problem still persists , then try getting ur cellphones software updated from Moto Service center, Its done for free if ur still un warranty.
That is the total memory if you Buy a Memory Card, and put it in your phone! Plus, you don't really need 210 messages stored on your phone do you? That "slows it down" as far as sending and recieving any message. Just delete them at the end of every day. (That's what I do.)
