I am getting this msg what do i do?

    I try to transfer music from yahoo music jukebox and it keeps saying liscense error why is this happen whats the problem can you help me please !!! Thank You>

If you are using a subscription service, Rhapsody, or other, you need to sync the device to the service to verify your account and renew your licenses. Generally every 30 days. If this is not the issue then you have used your own cd's and used Windows Media Player to copy your music to your computer. By default Windows Media Player "copy protects" your music. You would need to change the setting in Windows Media Player. Under Tools>Options>Rip Music or Copy Music Tab, the un-check the "copy protect my music" box. Then you will need to re-transfer the cd's to your PC, and re-transfer the music to your device. Make sure you delete all of the previously transferred music, or you will always receive an error. Wont play songs says i need sync license from pc

It depends on what program you use. If you use Napster, just connect the device and when the pop-up menu opens, click "Sync my music with Napster." I'm not quite sure what you do if you use other music downloading programs.

Unfortunately with Napster and Rhpasody (and a few others) you will have to resync every 30 days. The license should renew itself if you connect your player and resync, but i would check with napster's tech support b/c you might have to enable auto-sync temporarily until all of the licenses are updated. Alternatively, you can right click all 306 songs, click on "license" or "digital rights" and click "acquire license" - but that could be a real, time-consuming pain.

If you convert those songs to Mp3 format with an Mp3 converter,, you will never have that problem again.

Start up Window Media player on your computer. Plug your Zen device into the computer. Wait until you see it listing in WMP. Unplug the Zen and see if you can play the songs.
The licenses on the device should be updated by WMP when you plug in the device

Go into your Control Panel and Add and Remove Programs. Make sure Show Updates is checked on top of the Window. Scroll down to the bottom and remove Hotfix for Windows Media Format 11 SDK (KB929399). Restart then resync your music to your player. Unfortunately, Windows continues to reinstall this "fix."

I reformatted the player, deleted and then re-downloaded the subscription tracks.

Denon AVR-X2400H Intermittent Protection Mode on startup Apologies for the incoming wall of text. Whenever my Denon AVR-X2400H receiver has been off for several hours most regularly in the morning, it will often go into protection mode on start. This has been happening for months. After anywhere from a minute to 20 minutes, after many restarts/moving the unit around/swearing, it will start normally and function without issue for hours until the next long period of being off. It is the dreaded PRT: DC. During this period of protection mode, it will fail to start even if I disconnect everything but power. I have swapped the power cables, tried different outlets, and let it get plenty of airflow though if it were temp related it would be a different code / not happen on first startup. I even opened up the unit, disassembled it and looked for moisture/scorch marks/loose cables before re-assembling. I have performed a couple factory resets over the last couple months. I assume the intermittent startup nature hints at a failing but not failed part, but am not sure what to replace. I have access to an engineer friend / multimeter if helpful. It is well out of warranty, but there's a part of me that wants to believe it can be salvaged, especially given current AVR prices. Other things I have tried include leaving it in ECO/network standby. There was a period where spinning the source wheel on startup would cause the AVR to lock up but not trigger protection, after which unplugging/replugging would allow it to start normally. Not exactly scientific.
