Question about Lexmark X2470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
SOURCE: Lemark Z52 Inkjet
Hello, First of all, let's start with some simple questions. 1 Was the cartridge ever refilled or is it in the original state? 2 How exactly did this occured? I'm asking this because most printers have a limited space inside them for the cartridge to move around when printing. If they don't fit exactly as they should, they will most likely hit something in their movement when printing. If your cartridge was refilled maybe the person who did that didn't attached the cartridge top part properly and now it moved out of position and hits the inner top of the cartridge housing. Please provide me first with these informations so I can better assist you.
