Paid for two, Received one

Hello! Per the packing slip with this order: Date: 10/30/2013; Ref# 322088; Ship Via USPS First Class Parcel; Tracking# 9400110200883965650625; Sold to Don Holcomb, 3755 San Remo Dr Apt 193, Santa Barbara, CA 93105-2474. Ordered 2, Shipped 2, 260-231001-DBN, BGSD Men's Distressed Brown Classic Leather Passcase Bifold Wallet; The problem: only one was sent to me. Please advise about the missing second one. Thank you. Hi don, im no real shipping expert but the very first thing to do is contact the shipper, if you get no results there then you can contact your credit card company providing that is how you paid. did you buy direct from them? they should have some type of conflict resolution system in place just for this

Item purchased never received

Its common for suppliers to issue you a tracking number for the delivery. This is done, not only for you to track the delivery for for the seller to prove that it was actually delivered.
Go back the website where you made the purchase and copy the tracking number. If they give you a link to YSP, FedEx or USPS, click one thr link and God number will be entered automatically. You can then see the status of tbe purchase.
If you only have a tracking number, you will have to try this number on the three shipping sites until you find which shipper handled the shipment.
Google "USPS TRACKING", or UPS TRACKING" or FEDEX TRACKING".
If the shipper does not offer your a tracking number, thay have no proof they ever send the merchandise and you will need to file a claim with them on their website.
Go about this with the believe that they are honest and simply made a mistake (wrong address, lost the order, etc. These things happen to all sellers and they dont want dissatisfied customers no more than you want to be dissatisfied.)

USPS Tracking scam

Your not alone when you ask the question; a Seller from online purchase says they sent you the product you bought from them and even sent a tracking number that says it was shipped and delivered. Here is some info on how they do that and some insight.

1. Find reviews for the site you are considering buying from and stay away from known fraudulent sites.

2. Pay via Paypal or some other venue that will protect your purchase with "Buyer Protection".

3. These scammers will send a letter first class which already has a tracking assigned to it to your address so they have a way to dispute the charges with Paypal or whoever that they sent their product and the tracking number was proof of its delivery. In my case we ordered a dog kennel which weighed about 40-50lbs and per the Seller sent it First Class mail tracking, but the product should have been sent USPS packaging given the weight of the product, that's another clue of scamming.

4. These scammer may or may not respond to emails, most don't. another clue.

5. If you open a dispute they may close the case since the Seller claims a tracking was sent and shows "delivered". Talk or escalate to a manager. I opened mine with Paypal and they closed it, so i called into their help line and was able to talk to someone and explain to them what i tried to do to resolve and they sided with me "buyer protection" and refunded my full amount.

6. if you have an address or some way to identify the group or even a website. You can report it to their site at; https://www.uspis.gov/report

I ordered from Amazon on Oct 8. According to tracking, USPS has never received the package.

You need to contact amazon, or the seller via amazon if item ordered was not direct from amazon. Go to your amazon orders page, select the order and you should be able to ask where it is. Hope this helps

How do check on the status of my order#402704660. When will the usps reeive it?

Whatever website you ordered from should be able to give you the tracking number it was shipped under and with which carrier. If they shipped via USPS, you can track here once you have the tracking number from the vendor.

Can you track this order

you can ask the seller if they have a tracking number for the item you bought...i see in the auction it was suppose to be sent usps priority mail..if they did it through paypal the tracking number will be displayed in your my ebay page in item bought/won...if its not there, they didnt ship it through paypal but went to the post office the mail it

check your won items page..if the tracking number isnt there...email the seller and ask for a tracking number...usps priority mail only takes 2-3 days to arrive
