If your main input language is Spanish you should use a Spanish keyboard (Spain, Argentina, etc.) Bu if you need tildas infrequently, you may find it easier to have a list of ASCII codes for the letters that require a tilda. With the ASCII codes you type ALT + code.
Another possibility id the installation of a virtual Spanish keyboard which you will pull down to select the special letters.

There are fonts for everything from greek to chinese.
Make sure you are able to use a font with the spanish
stress marks.
