If you are talking about FixYa, it is true that the parser rejects any text that contains non-English characters: accents, tildes, umlauts, the Spanish question marks. Any symbol that dresses a letter.

It is probably not your keyboard.
Look at your fonts.
There are fonts for everything from greek to chinese.
Make sure you are able to use a font with the spanish
stress marks.

You need to select a Spanish keyboard Regional and Language options - Change Keyboards

yes some portables you have to press fn key look for the key that says alt in blue color and use the numbers on keyboard it's in blue too relase and wala spanish caracters
