Elastic eating front load washer

I have a Frigidaire front load washer and I wash my clothes on the Delicate cycle. The machine takes the elasticity out of underwear, socks, pants etc. I put my clothes in wash bags and the problem still occurs. Furthermore, stains don't come out 100%. I bought the washer to save on water but must say I regret it. My older washer washed ten times better.

Check the inside drum vanes. Sometimes the vanes may crack and grab certain items.Next check the front of the drum and tub for any loose items like wires from bras or curtains sometimes these may get stuck in the drum or vane and cause this problem.Also check your soap make sure there is not alot of suds this is my number one problem with these machines.H.E. soap is best but watch liquid tide it's been sudsing alot.

If by turning off the power you mean you hit the power button .... try unplugging the machine for about 15 seconds and then plug it back in ... this may reset the machine. If not you may want to call Samsung ...

I have a Kenmore front load washer that will not spin all the water out of the clothes. After it finishes I have to run it through a rinse spin cycle and it does fine. The machine is only 14 months old

The first thing to check is probably the filter at the bottom of the machine. I'm not sure about this particular model, but the usual thing to do is to remove the machine's front lower panel - i.e. the panel at the front of the machine, closest to the floor.

You will probably find a little drawer or door, just a couple on inches in size. If you open it, you may find some lint, a couple of elastic bands, and enough coins to buy a beer. If so, it's the coins that are causing the problem! Take out all the stuff, close the little door, put the panel back on, and everything should run fine.
