Last night I went out for a 6K run. The Garmin reported that I ran 178 kms and that my pace was .05 km/min. I felt like crap after the run, but it wasn't cause I ran 178K. The watch has been getting my pace wrong "on and off" over the past couple of months. Any suggestions?
Hi
before you start running make sure you take the unit outside into the clear for a few minutes, dont just start running from inside a building or a new location
erase the track log if you can so that the data is only resuts from the current run
make sure you check the signal for the next few runs
(also run a few extra for me)

I have the same issue with mileage jumping - for example at a 4-mile mark it jumped to 36 miles. I deleted all my running history and reset the factory settings but am still having the same problem.
