Hey!, I'm writing because my MP3 Sansa won't turn on. See last night I charged it and as I was taking it out of the charger, it fell and hit the ground. Then I picked it up and tried to turn it on. It won't turn on. Is it really broken or is there something i can do to make it work again. Because it's not really mines, it's my cousins and i need it to work before i return it to her. Thanks
Its not broken. When you dropped it, the battery became loose from the contacts inside, therefore it doesnt charge, but lights up when you connect it to the computer. Remove the 4 screws on the back, then take out the battery and then press it in firmly. Charge the device for about 2 hours. Please add to the question for additional assistance. Best of Luck.
