When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. firstly if you buy it new so your default security code is 12345 and to change it go to settings security settings change access codes change security code . type the default security code and type your new security code (twice)

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contact your device dealer. They will provide you the default security code so that you can open your phone.

hit menu then the contacts button up message and hold it should say security and enter 0000000 then its going to un lock
