In order for anyone to help we will need the complete model number of your unit. This can be normally found by opening up the dryer door and look in the area the door closes against. If Kenmore, there will be 3 digits in BOLD prior to the numbers you submitted.

Drum wont spin
if dryer start but drum wont spin the you may have a motor pulley broken or a belt or idler broken. you have to open dryer to find out. some Maytags recently had problem with the motor pulleys but at factory they are making the changes to it on the new ones.
