Came off the freeway and it all of a sudden started making the thumping sound under the hood and the gas pedal was shaking. Didnt want to go too fast because the faster I went the harder the banging and shaking. No problem steering or any other driving issues. Any idea what the problem could be?
SOURCE: rear end thumping noise
its your tyre, if it sounds like a flat when you drive your tyre has warped very difficult to see on a normal inspection, we get it a lot in spain.

Sounds like the roof/floor actuator internal gear is stripped. The only way to fix it is to replace it. Remove the cup holder in the right rear trim panel. remove the 8mm bolts holding actuator and replace.
SOURCE: loud clicking noise which the clicking noise getss faster as i accelerate
From what you are describing it sounds like it must be a valve lifter sticking. Try putting a cup of transmission oil in your crankcase, or pick up some suitable additive from your local parts store. I wish i could hear it and give you a better idea. Maybe let them listen to it at the parts store, and they can determine if it's a lifter or not. Let me know how you make out.
SOURCE: thumping noise in the front end
Rotate tires front to back and test drive if same thumping is felt then tires not the problem.
Next check out ball joints/ tie rods
Dont believe it is the rotors unless thumping happens only when applying brakes
Good luck
SOURCE: Right front is making a loud thumping noise
either broked break pad or disk or poss wheel bearing is loose to check later jack up front and try and push wheel in and out at top and bottom if it wobbles badly bearing has colapsed
