Are you connecting to HTTPS://Google.com? the google site is chained back to the GeoTrust Root CA and should be included in the version of Android OS that is currently installed on your Tablet.

Have you made any changes to your DNS settings? If you are using a custom DNS server settings it could be that the settings are redirecting you to a phising site.
The OS is Android. Try this and see if it works, I had a android phone that gave me the same error a few times.
