I'm sorry, I still don't understand. Does the card not fit into your camera? When you put the card into your camera does it not recognize it?

    Could you give more details?

Hi,

The pinholder inside the camera has a bend pin or broken pins. You must let it repair. Ask Canon for an proforma invoice. Rotronica in the Netherlands can repair it for you, the cost is approx. 75,00 Euro.

regards,

Rob

How do I increase the RAM on CF-29 to 1536? I am unable to locate any 1536 cards and it only has one slot. It seems all that is offered is 512 -- and the machines already have 512..... Thanks

Memory sticks come in either 128, 512, or 1024 megabytes. Since you already have 512 and you only have one slot available, you'll want a 1024 stick. These sticks will be marked as 1x1024 MB, or 1 GB.

I put a CF photo card into the CF/MD slot right above the SM/XD card slot on my computer tower and the CF card kept going and is not inside the tower. How do I retrieve it?

It has to be in the card reader, it sound like it was inserted into the wrong slot and fell into the card reader. You may have to take apart the card reader to get your media back.

Intermittently unable to review photos taken with Sony A100. Also at the same time unable to access the menu

Is the CF card a slow or counterfeit one? There are lots of cards on auction sites that are branded, but copies with poor quality components. try a known good High speed card. Also check if you have any bent pins in the camera CF slot.

SD wifi

I would rather go for CF wifi card, because Panasonic doesn't states that this one has SDIO type slot. If you use CF slot you will have to find WIFI card cover - it's different one - it will allow to close top cover with the card inside.

There was also two models:

  • CF-P1P1CDZ6J - Bluetooth / wireless LAN built-in
  • CF-P1P1CZZ6J - Built-in wireless LAN-model

Casio not reading CF card after using it in Desktop PC

Try another CF card/accessory in the slot to determine if the CF socket on the E-125 is not damaged. Also run scandisk on it while plugged into the card reader on yopur PC. There have been issues with 128 mb CF cards manufactured by SanDisk (who are OEM suppiers to several other brand names also ) randomly malfunctioning. Inspect the pins in the CF slot on the PDA to see if any of the pins has been bent/corroded. Hope this helps.

CF card problem

Perform the following procedures if your camera does not detect a CF card. 1. Restart your camera. - Set the camera's power switch to and remove the batteries. - Open the CF card slot cover to make sure the CF card is securely set in the card slot. - Insert the batteries and turn the power switch . 2. Format a CF card. Format the CF card with your camera. Refer to the Camera User Guide supplied with your camera for instructions on formatting your card. 3. Check if your camera detects other CF cards (If you own multiple CF cards.) If your camera does not detect a CF card after performing the procedures 1 and 2 above, the card that wasn't detected may have a defect.
