I Thank you for your wisedom, I thought the yellow strap was a power cord tiedown. After reading your post I refered to the manual and it mentioned the strap.
The machine was not new, i got it very cheap off a List, they said they were moving. I now know that it could have never worked correctly before. Lucky I found This SITE!

Is this a brand new machine? If so make sure the shipping pins have been removed. They are attached to a yellow strap coming through rear of machine. Pull the strap straight out and there will be 3 pins that are attached to it. You should be able to move the basket and tub around by hand freely. If this is not the problem you may have a base pad broken or missing.

I have a Panasonic NA-140VG3 and the machine shakes violently when in spin cycle. Machine jumps across the floor

How old is the machine? Does it do this every time or only when you are washing certain items. Fabrics like towels and blankets get Very heavy when wet so can cause a lot of shake in a machine.
This might also be an issue with the bearings on the drum. If the bearing is worn it can throw the machine out of balance as the drum isn't staying level as it spins. With the machine empty, open the door and turn the drum by hand. It should turn smoothly and have a small amount of swinging action forwards and backwards. If it feels 'gritty' as you turn it or the drum swings around a lot get a good repairer to look at it.

Machine displays UE when spinning and turns off the machine, this occurs even when the machine is empty

UE means uneven for LG washing machine. Could you please using water level to make sure it is level. May I know if the drum is stable while spinning by not giving any banging sound. Used to happen to my LG direct drive, and solved by replacing the suspension that supporting the drum holder. Now all good like new.

The washing machine is CRAZYYYY

Sounds like it just needs levelling with the feet on the bottom.
But it could be that the suspension inside the machine case is faulty.
They usually have a lump of concrete and some strong springs connected to the outer drum to keep it stable when it's working.

Iv'e got a belle cement mixer 150, i think the motor is on its way out, its around a 2007 model can you tell me if you can put new brushes in the motor if so how, or if i can have the motor reconditioned ?...

i have a belle 110v cement mixer just over a year old.Everytime i use it ,it switches itself off after mixing 2 barrows of concrete but it will run perfectly for hours when empty.(tryed this out on Monday)So therefore it only switches itself off when loaded.
Gets very hot quickly.

Any suggestions would be much appeciated.Brian

The admiral washing machine works fine except on the spin cycle it wabbles wildly, like the clothes are loaded on one side. but does it even while washer is empty

At its best this washer is a beast in the spin cycle. The machine must be mounted on a cement floor. It is written in the unpacking instructions. Check all springs, machine must be level. If all checks out replace snubber ring or adjust by centering snubber ring Mounted unde the transmission base.
