SAME PROBLEM HERE....GREAT AT THE OUTSET>>>FOR A CHEAP GPS, BUT BECAME ERRATIC AND UNTRUSTABLE, DISTANCE WISE AS WELL. THE WEBSITE IS A JOKE AND UNUSABLE . ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE ETC. I HAVE SINCE CHUCKED THIS JUNK . THE GPS UNITS ON GOLF CARTS AT THE COURSES ARE FAR SUPERIOR. ADVICE/SOLUTION.....CUT YOUR LOSSES AND REFUSE TO SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.....BUSHNELL IS THE WAY...IF YOU SPEND A LITTLE TO BUY AN UPSCALE UNIT. TELL YOR FREINDS!!!

my Bushnell compact 800 gose on but I get no reading

I went to another website and read the reviews of other owners of Bushnell products, this is a common problem from Bushnell products. The fix is to buy another or try to get them to replace it, they should recall everyone of them and give refunds or new rangefinders. I found all this out for free, thank you very much!!!

Bushnell has discontinued service on the yp500, yp400,yp800,yp800.yp1000. Basically all the units that look like this one. They will offer you a new unit at wholesale price.

Hmm your Bushnell has one year warranty send it back to company under warranty for repair.
