Hi Chris,
It sounds as if the down arrow button key is stuck on the touch panel itself. Essentially the oven thinks you are constantly holding down the down arrow. Likely the button is shorted out which is the cause of the fault.

You can test this with an Ohm meter to check for continuity between the various pins on the ribbon cable that connects the touch panel to the ovens main control board. Depending on the model the tech sheet will sometimes include this test information, but other times it won't.

Basically you you connect your meter clips across the appropriate pins on the ribbon cable, press the button, and you should then have continuity. If that buttons ribbon cable combination shows continuity without having the button depressed - that particular key is shorted.

This is not the typical DIY test as it's fairly involved and the ribbon cables are extremely fragile so proceed with caution.
Of course, be sure to unplug the oven or shut off the breaker before attempting any repair.

Another thing you may try if you haven't already is leaving the breaker off for 15min and see if the problem persists. It's always a good first step, but it usually does not good in this particular scenario.

i think it is, grill, fan force, light/oven you need the timer on as it won't work on the first 15min and will cut out at 15min left so always add 15min to the desired cooking time

if this is fairly new, there is a hot surface ignitor near the back of the burner in the bottom part of the oven. This can go bad. There is a connector that can be pulled apart where the ignitor meets the wiring harness. Ohm out the ignitor or have someone with a meter ohm it out. There should be resistance and not open. If open the ignitor should be replaced. If you have a broiling element, turn that on. If the broil element comes on then the ignitor is almost for sure the problem.

bad thermal bulb, try moving the bulb into the flame more.
