Try typing it into google. You will eventually find something. And also, I don't think illegally downloading games should need help, let alone be asked for on a website like this considering it is Illegal.

HOW CAN I PLAY A POKEMON EMERALD VERSION IN PC

All GBA games are playable on pc. For that you need an emulator and the GBA game rom. The best emulator for running GBA games on pc is visual boy advance and you can download it from the following link:

And you can download the pokemon emerald rom from the following link:

http://www.coolrom.com/roms/gba/14604/Pokemon_Emerald.php

After downloading the emulator and rom, extract it to any folder and run the emulator. Before opening the rom, you need to configure the buttons to play the game.

To do that, goto options->joypad->configure->1 and select the buttons that you want to use and then click Ok.

Then drag and drop the rom file into the emulator, and play.

PC games files have file extension gba and windows does not recognise the file extension and program to open them with
