When i turn the cam on, the computer reatarts itself, or shuts down. i tried to find a solution online using microsoft, and it told me to install updates of the webcam. i ignored the solution.

When i downloaded the philips pci camera sic4750/27 it apparently didnt download all the stuff needed for it, so it crashes my computer every now and then when i use it.
