Connect the usb cable to the psp and select usb connection. From there, open up my computer and find a "removable drive". That drive should be the psp. Copy your photo from wherever it is and go to the photo folder on the root drive. ex: E:\Photo hope this helps.

Step 1. Connect your PSP to your computer using a USB leab.
Step 2. Goto settings on your PSP and select USB connection
Step 3. Look in "My computer" on your PC or laptop and your PSP will be listed as another drive.
Step 4. Double click the PSP drive (usually E:) and then right click on the window that opens and select "New Folder". Call this new folder "Music"

Ok its a little bit of a long method but it can be done.

Step 1. Connect your PSP to your computer using a USB cable.

Step 2. Goto Settings and find the setting thats says "USB Connection"

Step 3. Your PSP will now connect to your computer. Now on your computer goto Start -> Computer. Your PSP will probably be listed as E:

Step 4. Double click on your PSP drive (probably E:)

Step 5. If you are using Vista click Organize from the menu bar of the drive windows that opens and then click New Folder. If you are using XP just right click in the drive window and select new folder.

Step 6. A little box with the folder name "New Folder" will appear highlighted in blue. Call the folder "Music"

Step 7. Next all you need to do is drag and drop your music files (which mjust be MP3) into this music folder from your computer.

Step 8. When you are done press "O" on the PSP and it will end the USB connection.

Step 9. Goto the Music option on your PSP and scroll down to memory stick and then into your music folder. All your music should now be there.

I cant downloAD pics to my psp

Make sure that you have a folder called PICTURE capital letters in your MS, in the root & in the PSP folder, doesn't matter!
Drag & drop pics into the folder.

You'll need a USB Type-B cord, or a MS Duo Adaptor is transfer files from PSP > PC ... PC > PSP.

If the games you have downloaded from the internet and you transferred it to your PSP you must remember that you must save it in the game folder, do not create a folder in the game folder the game file must be in the game folder. Do the same with your music and pics. For some stupid reason PSP did not thing that we would like to access our files from any other folder.Games in game folder, music in music folder, pics and pic folder
