Steps to perform Master Reset

Performing this function will reset all user-defined settings on the device.

1. From the standby screen, tap the Menu icon > Settings > More > Reset Settings > Master Reset.
2. Tap Yes after reading the warning.
3. Enter Security code, tap OK. The default security code is 0000.

This will erase all data (pictures,address book,any downloaded content) and reset any user defined settings on the device.

right then first things first, before performing the master reset make sure that all of your important phone numbers are backed up onto your sim card before you proceed with the master reset. All of your videos, sms messages, and pictures/ sounds should be backed up before you master reset the phone too.

Once you have backed up all of your imortant items from your phone, you should just be able to go into the master reset option within the phones' settings, this should be found within the general menu, and you can get to this by following your user manual.(further info provided below). Now as default (if your phone is yours from new) your master reset should be set to 0000 and you enter thisd from command prompt, if your reset is not 0000, then your password will definitely likely to be 1234, and as mentioned, you enter this when prompted to withn the phones reset menu.
