SOURCE: Lint is not going into pull out lint trap. The lint screen is torn and lint is collecting behind trap.

Poor air flow would be my guess. How long is the vent hose? Does it have more than one angle/turn before venting outside? Is the lint gathering around the outer edges of the door? Keeping the length of air travel shorter will improve the operation.

SOURCE: DEIX2 does not dry - cleaned out lint trap,

Check the following areas thoroughly to address this issue.

1. Venting
Make sure the dryer vent hose, as well as the rest of the vent duct, is not clogged.

Unless regular maintenance is performed, chances are there is a lot of lint accumulated inside the dryer. This might affect the drying time and could be a fire hazard. Make sure to have your dryer cleaned regularly. Because this might involve taking most of the dryer apart, it is recommended to have a qualified appliance repairman perform this task.

2. Thermostat
There are a couple of cycling thermostats inside the dryer. If one of them breaks down, it might affect the dryer's performance. Replace the defective thermostat.

3. Heating element
A heating element might only be partially burned out, in which case it would still work but will take longer time to dry the clothes. Replace the element if found defective.

DEGX1 that was not heating correctly. Cleaned behind lint trap and pushed the reset button (did not feel tripped though). My question concerns the "Sensor Conductivity" or two chrome bars at bottom of...

Make sure that onw wire is coneected to the top bar and one wire connected to the bottom bar. DO NOT connect both wires to one bar, it make short out the control circuit. Fisher paykel degx1 lint trap won t release

Probably the holder/bearing for is out of place... it is really hard to get it out if this is the case but you can try putting a putty knife in between the top of the lint trap and the bearing and pressing down on the knife. If you get it out the lint scraper will have to be reset, F/P may be able to walk you through this.
