Sansa e260 video problem

Hello I bought the sansa e260 but i cannot seem to get videos to work on it, whenever i convert it using the media converter that came with it then the video plays the sound but no picture, and when i put that file on my e260 then it shows a blank screen for about a second and then jumps back to the menu. It doesn't matter what size or what type of file i convert, the result is always the same. And when i do convert a video using a different converter to a MJPEG B .MOV then it plays fine on my computer, but when i put it on my e260 then it says "please convert this file using sansa media converter" Can anyone help me fit it please? Thanking you in advance.

Someone already helped me to fix it, by installing quicktime 7.2, i think he said it was my codecs or something that was messed.

    Thanks anyway.

I cannot add videos to my sansa e260 4 GB media player

Are you syncing the videos through Sansa Media Converter? This is the only program that will work to put video on the E200 series Sansa's.

If you are using SMC try using "Any Video Converter" to make the mp4's then sync them through SMC.

You should try using Windows media Player and Sync the device and transfer it through Windows Media Player. The files should work as .wmv. Let me know if you have questions with this or run into any problems
