Hi,
Some models had a service kit for a dispenser heated applied at the water outlet on the door. Before you go hunting for this kit, open the freezer door and knob with your hand (like a door) on the inside door liner. Does it sound hollow or solid? If hollow the heater will work for you, if solid, the heater will not work because the inside of the door is frozen and only fix was to replace the door.
I hope this helps, good luck

SOURCE: Water Dispenser Freezing Up
I would suggest that you turn the fridge temp up so that you are not cooling the fridge too much. However I suspect that you have a problem with your freezer section and the airflow is going in at the bottom of the fridge and not feeding in from the top. If you are competent I would suggest removing the back panel (lower internal) on the freezer section and checking that the evaporator coil (finned aluminium) is clear of ice. If you see an ice formation then you probably have a defrost heater out. If you defrost the unit then it will temporarily sort out the problem but I would suggest getting a fridge guy if your wife is getting mad already.
Hope this is of some if limited help.

Hello,
Try to clean you condenser coils and also adjust the the fan behind the freezer panel inside...It must help you out!!...But basically did you reduce your Temperature in the Refridgerator to most possible minimum value??...Thank you...
Please Post back on how things turned or for further assistance...
Regards!!!...
SOURCE: water freezes in door dispenser
there is a length of line that runs thru the refrigerator, If it drops below frezing where this is located the line will freeze causing a blockage.
SOURCE: Low flow from water dispenser
hi, this can be because of the filter. when the water is flowing threw the filter, it is sent threw many channels inside the filter before it reaches the dispenser. this slows it down a bit. this is quite normal but, if it's slowed down to a dribble, i suspect a water valve malfunction or you may need to change the filter.

If there is a filter on the unit, change it. If not, then sounds like the screen is clogging up. You will need to pull the unit out and remove the water supply line and take off the adaptor to access the filter screen and clean it...
