In Order to reset the unit you will need to power the pc off and Tap on the F9 key while powering up <> if not let me know

try pressing F8 on boot up and go into safe mode select admin account and log in to user accounts and change password for the account locked out or create new account that will at least get u back into windows search net for key unlocker programs thanks

i just bought one two days ago, I removed the screws but cant get the bottom cover off without prying it or don't want to gudge the cover

I was told the ram is soldered in and you have to unsolder it also seeing how easy it is to replace the i3 with an i7 and I want to use an ssd drive 5400 rpm hard drive built in 2012 is stupid these days should be at least 7200rpm
