The reason is possibly because the 4600 does not have the Realtek sound chip or sound card, it is probably a soundblaster and that is why the pc crashes as the driver does not match the audio, see the below link for the correct drivers. http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&ServiceTag=&SystemID=DIM_P4_4600&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

Sorry, then click on the audio + sign and you will see 4 different drivers for your system, you can download all of them until you get the correct driver working if your unsure of the actual audio card.

My mother board is 82801 problem is no audio device

There could be a problem with the actual audio circuit (which is built in I believe, not sure) on the motherboard itself or the audio has been disabled in the Bios. Reboot your computer and access the bios software and check to see if it has been disabled. If so, enable it and save changes and exit. If not, the chip itself could be defective, you could simply buy a third party audio card and install it in an open slot on your motherboard.Follow the manufacturers installation instructions and Install the drivers that came with your card, (after booting up your OS), and that should take care of your problem. Good Luck!!
