Hello. Check the settings for your Outgoing Server. This includes the Port Number. Try Port 587 for SMTP.

Check the box that reads My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication. Choose Use same settings as my incoming server.

1.) Check that your email settings are correct:
incoming server POP
and outgoing SMTP
2.) And then your Advanced Settings for the port numbers and
make sure that the POP and SMTP numbers are correct.
You'll have to look at your original paperwork for this information
or call and see if AOL has them.
3.) Also check under email settings for your server if it requires
Authentication sometimes it has to have a check mark next to it.
4.) Check under Settings for box "Log on using" and see if your
account name is there such as Example : [email protected]
5.) You may have to reset all of your email settings to your original
settings.

The servers are located in the network by using it's ip address.
Using names for the domains is easier for humans.
A Domain Name Server (DNS) keeps track of the server ip address related with the domain name.
When an error occurs finding the corresponding ip address for the domain name, youll get the message "Oops! This page appears broken. DNS Error - Server cannot be found.".

This seems to Server Problem. Go to Internet Properties.Clear Cookies,Clear History.etc. Try Another Browser.If you are Using Internet Explorer.Then Try in Firefox(Use Latest Version)....You are Solved.. ...If that's problem of Server..You may have to Try Again....

It looks as if the server name is not complete. where is your email coming from? you'll need to know that and the email server (for example: mail.ptd.net for penteledata customers). Or, pop.gmail.com for gmail users. Get that server, then go into your account settings and put the server name into the Incoming Server blank. once you do that and save it (also make sure your outgoing server is correct) you should be fine.

It seems that there is some problem with your settings. Goto account settings-> select the email account -> advanced settings of Outgoing server tab. Removing the check mark present near something like "SSL connection". save it and try again. Also verify other ports and outgoing server address by checking with your email provider.

The way to sync with Exchange Server (as detailed in the documentation that came with the phone and as I have it set up following those instructions) is:
- You go to the verizon wireless website, create your verizon account, enter all the details for your exchange server (address, username, password, etc).
- The VZW server pulls info from your exchange server and then the VZW server sends this info to your handheld.
You may want to call VZW tech support if you are having difficulty setting it up.
