Fisher and Paykel - SmartFisher and Paykel - SmartDrive (9) Excellence 7.5 - Pump Blockage
I am experiencing problems with this washing machines pump.
I am pretty sure it is a pump blockage.
How do I get to the pump to clean this?
Are there any blueprints for the engine/internals of this machine?
I am clueless. Thankyou

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

have a look under the machine where the tub hose goes to the pump
the catcher is in that hose
the tub hose will go in the top and the pump hose in the side so that any items drop to the bottom and are not put through the pump impeller
Check out the fuses on the main controller board if they are fitted. If you need a new motherborad you can get one from Fisher & Paykel in Australia at http://www.fisherpaykel.com.au/customercare/contactus/
