Go to START >printers and Faxes >Add a printer >Next and select A Network printer select Connect to the printer and then enter the path to the printer eg
\\server\printer name

Well you have to way to connect to this machine, either by usb cable or network cable, if it is usb cable, just put the cd and regular installion, but if it is network card, you have to asign an ip address for the machine, so the computer can connect to that address and then load the driver as network device.

tell your network person set your copier to a staitc IP it seens that each time you turn on your systems depending on what order the computer go on something in your network is assing differant ip address -- or you haver loose cable or bad wiesless netowk to check this you can ping the ip adress of the copier when it not working to see if the request ( times out )if it does -check the router and wires for a loose cable ---i have not seen to many bad network pcb in sharp copiers but that possible too more likliy its juist a set up problem or loose or bad connection
this copier will display f9-00 if the nework is not connected or the card is bad this means network connection lost usaally resting copier will work if the network is on if not call service
