my phone freezes, take more than 30 minutes just to turn it on, when i get a text while im on the phone it freezes for more than 20 minutes, it self deletes texts and doubles others when it freezes now it doesnt even try to send texts, it just says service wont allow when i have five bars, How do i fix this? and how do i do a master reset?

Call your phone company. It's a software issue, they need to replace your phone or exchange it for a different one. I've had the same problem. Best of luck, sorry your having trouble!
