Charging battery time andis BTF cordless trimmer

Sorry, but I haven't solved any problem. I'm still waiting on the experts to solve my problem from June 16 on my trimmer not operating even with new fully charged battery. As for your replacement, I would suggest retail stores that sell trimmers, such as Home Depot, Lowes, Ace hardware stores or maybe B&D website.

It's possible your battery is burnt out and the lights will activate back and forth as the sensor tries tell you its charged or not. You can take the battery and get it checked out where they sell that make of trimmer. have them install a new battery to see if that works for you. If that does not work its probably cheaper to buy a new trimmer.

This is the info i found on WG250 battery . It says up to 50 min below in the features. Hope it helps

Battery

initial charging should be over night,,

You can recharge the battery at any time. I usuly use mine then when done using it I put it back on the charger so I know it will be charged the next time I need it.

24 hours,then run the trimmer till the batteries are dead.That helps them to hold their charge longer the next time.

The standard charge time is 3-5 hours.

Sounds like faulty batteries , take it back to the store where you bought it.

This unit has a one year limited warranty with a copy of the receipt. Please return the unit along with the receipt to the Andis Co and we will gladly exchange for a new one. This product is not intended for use in the UK. Voltage converters do not always work correctly and will actually ruin your trimmer for use in the USA. It would be best if you purchased a trimmer meant to be used in the UK.
