Dennard 2050 ptz dome

U have used Qsee, Swann and Lorex. I have a PTZ that has worked on several systems. There is a set-up for the actual PTZ camera which you appear to be aware of. The App or program you are using has a set up for a PTZ along with on screen controls for it in the program. If the DVR you are using is not PTZ ready there is your answer. Should have a 2 wire acceptors one negative one positive.

The movement you are seeing initially, are the PTZ powering up and self testing. What brand DVR are you using, and is is compatible with your PTZ camera?? LOL Swann Tech Service said my Lorex PTZ wouldn't work with my new hi-res system. Well it does...

PTZ CCTV camera enabling wide area coverage and gives details of area in night vision also. Your PTZ camera not monitoring well . Have you checked the setup you have installed is correct?

No, coaxial cable for closed circuit tv systems are either of the RG59U or RG6 variety. The cable you are speaking of is a cable made specifically for Samsung products,which uses a RJ11 connector that is normally found on telephone jack cords. It would be best if you stayed with the MCB-60 cable for your system.

Normallay when getting stuck in Mini dome, we found 2 common problem.
1. Take out the cover and test rotating. Dome are deflect and causing resistance between camera dome and bubble.

2. The 2 screw are too tight. Loosen abit and try rotate.

It is replaceable, as long as no harm has come to the rest of the camera.
