Was the product seal on the box damaged in any way? If it was, then it was most likely returned to the store as 'faulty' after someone installed it. This way the product key is registered to the previous customer so you can't use it even if it is valid.

check the serial no of the device and call the customer care and explain your problem if they wont help file a court case against then in the consumer court

Microsoft limits the number of installation, you get the back your product key by sending the bar code and your original product key to microsoft, they will verify it and send a valid product key.

Do you have a valid retail copy of MS Office ??? if yes then give me the part number on the inner circle of Office disc ( Starts with X12 ), I will help you, but if you are expecting a PK Key without having a retail copy of MS Office then I AM SORRY.
An alternative for Outlook is Outlook Express/Windows Mail which comes pre installed and is part of the windows XP/Vista Operating system.

you wont find any valid keys here either. sharing keys is a direct violation of the eula and punishable by law with fines and or jail time. you will have to contact microsoft or go buy another key

Call Microsoft and speak to Customer Service Rep. Explain to them what is going on. They will ask for a couple piees of information, and if your Office copy checks out to be ok, then they will assist you with a new key/send you new disk maybe also, and get you back up and running.
