This code indicates a failure in the ADC Sensor circuit. Fixing it does not seem to be for the faint of heart . If you are feeling brave check out this thread:

Sorry I could not offer you a definative solution directly.

Streaky cyan, grip to back

I'm not sure which model # you have but if it's similar to the 7700 series you can try cleaning the laser window, if that doesn't change the problem it's probably the developer roller.

How to solve drum error maintainance

It's telling you to replace the image drum. In those printers the toner and image drum are two seperate parts. After changing the image drum, make sure to reset the counter. They include the instructions on how to reset it in the box that the new image drum comes in.

After changing toner it displays the call service 7410-0066564

Error 7410 - Drum unit non- installing error

The drum unit is not installed or not installed properly.
Install the drum unit (See page P.1-5-10 of your operation guide). See image below.

The numbers after 7410- are the number of pages printed on this printer.

Error drum life over replace drum

Ok what the error means is that you have used the fax to print so many pages. The image drum is what actually creates the image that gets printed. These are rated for so many pages.I think it is about 10,000 pages on this unit. The fax (and printers and copiers) simply count the number of pages and then when they reach the limit you see this error. Sometimes the print quality looks pretty goof but usually you can see some spots or rough print or fuzzy bits and so on. What you need to do is replace the image drum.

Here is the important bit. You can buy a replacement image drum for about $75 from several sources aside from Panasonic (Amazon, Office Depot, Staples etc) however a new replacement is only worth $120. So if you can change it yourself (it is pretty easy to do, almost identical to the toner cartridge replacement) then it may be worth doing. If you have to call someone in by the time they add labour on top you could have saved some money and just buy a new unit.

Dear Sir, Our Scanner was showing to change magenda toner and we change with new one, but after end of the process it is showing the error code of E000020-81, even after shutdown 3 times. What else I can...

The error code your gettting E000020 is a drum code (imaging unit). You however do not have the complete digits after the E000020-????. Those digits define which drum needs to be replaced. You don't need to go into service mode to clear the error. You only need to buy the correct drum and put it in with the power off. Once it is replaced and the machine is turned on it will register and clear its internal error code. To help, here is what the ending codes mean. The xx's have further meaning but in most cases all roads lead to the same result (replace drum imaging unit).

-01xx yellow (Y)
-02xx magenta (M)
-03xx cyan (C)
-04xx black (K)
