my ge top load washer only fills up with water but wont wash, spin or rinse or drain
When it is on the wash cycle, do you hear anything at all? (like a motor)? Or is it silent?
If the tub is full of water, and you manually advance the timer to the pump/spin cycle, would it pump the water out?
