I HAVE A FRIGIDAIRE DISH WASHER MODEL NUMBER FDB1500LFCO AND IT IS LOCKED HOW DO I GET IT UNLOCKED

Based off my understanding your Frigidaire washer is displaying LOC and you would like to know what it means. LOC means that the control panel is locked. There should be a button on your control panel with a padlock near it if you hold down that button for five seconds it should release the control panel.
