Iriver h320 battery problems

First I charge the battery full then if I unplug it and turn it off, the battery keeps running. so its off for 15 hours then wont turn on due to low battery....NOw I charge it full and turn it on and it only works for 15 min and turns it self off and says the battery is dead

the battery discharges weather the unit is on or off. the battery has already been replaced so it's not the battery. this started after a charger failed and the output went too high.

Your battery is broken you must buy new battery (very good battery is 2200 mAh because battery install in your iriver is 1350 mAh)

Probably you installed wrong. Depending on the battery manufacturer, the end contacts must be swithced in order for the battery to work. Read about it in the Misticriver forums. Good luck!

buy a battery kit from the site underneath your question and install it yourself.I did this-cost $29 now my iriver h320 has anew life and is better than ever!

Iriver H320 will not turn on

After 3 years constant use my iriver H320 would not charge.I bought a new battery kit online and fitted it myself.Now its like having a new iriver!

Iriver H320 GIVES ME PROBLEMS

H320 keeps switching off. Battery is fully charged.

Re chargables are not forever, and it could be the culprit here. Also if it has a power save more it may decide you are not using the player and not sensing your browsing. Maximum life span of a normal use rechargable is 2 years or the hours marked on the packaging it came in, like 3000. Do the math. High energy drain devices also wear out their batteries faster if the backlight and keys are in constant use, turn the brightness down and run off a list of your tunes from you computer program and look at that.

IRiver H320 won't turn on

Hi Andy- I have the same problem. Spoke to IRvier America & was told that they have no repair service for anything out of warranty- so we're on our own. Was also told that there are third party repair companies that can be found online. Myabe between the 2 of us we can find a solution. Care to keep in touch? Terese
