You have to get way down low and look up under the rim of the splash plate and you'll see two flat openings where you can insert a screw driver. There ya go... Good luck

Hi, every time the water dispenser gets used (ZISB420DRI) in my GE monogram refrigerator, water leaks from the top inside the refrigerator side. What do you think might be the problem.

There's a leak in the hose between the water valve and the dispenser nozzle, or in one of the fittings to which the hose is attached. The fun part will be figuring out how to get inside the door to find the problem. Here's a link to a video that may get you started:

Hose from under frezeer door to water dispenser broken. CAn't find part number for this hose. How do you get the hose the new hose in. Does dispenser come out the front.

That could prove to be difficult. The doors are usually filled with polyurethane foam. And you may need to remove the inner liner to see if you can gain access to the tube. It is rar that the door dispenser will come out because of that foam. You can try. This hose is usually just a length of 5/16 plastic water hose available at a hardware store.

My lg washer appears to be leaking from the soap tray area, what needs to be replaced and how?

The hose from the soap drawer to the tub may be split. These hose have flexible ridges and its common for them to split inside one of the ridges.

RE: whirlpool refrigerator side by side ED25RFXFW01. I accidentally severed the water line inside the freezer door. How do I get to it? It appears that the shelves and insulation are glued to the door,...

The water line can be replaced by removing the dispenser cover and disconnecting the tubing and then pull the old line down from the bottom hinge area. once out, you can install your new line back up into the place it came out of. it goes through a channel inside the door. once back up in dispenser area..connect back to nozzle. the hose under freezer door needs to be connected as well...

There should be a plastic clip or similar to hold the hose on, this is probably where the water is coming from.
A normal jubilee clip will suffice, or a strong plastic tie.

Water is leaking from the bottom in the front left side of side by side maytag. water line is ok not leaking. can't see where it is coming from.

the water for the dispenser (ice/water dispenser in the freezer door) comes from under the frige then up thru the bottom hinge of the freezer door .. it then goes inside the door up to the dispenser .. its a plastic hose and it has to twist near the hinge each time the door is opened .. thats where it usually breaks or develops a pin hole leak .. you can replace the whole hose or just the damaged section if that easier ... since the bottom freezer.hinge where that hose comes up thru, is at the position of your leak then i suspect thats your trouble ... ..also check the condensate pan to make sure its not full .. thats a flat pan under the fridge ..you can usually get acess to it by removing the front kick panel at the bottom of the frige .. if thats full then look for a door seal leak (damaged rubber seal) ... a broken seal or open door will allow moisture to condense inside the machine ..that runs down into the condensate pan where it normally evaporates .. but a problem (like open door) will fill it up to overflow in time ....
