Can you see a dim image when you view the screen at a sharp angle?
If so you have a backlight problem, the fault could be a faulty inverter that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or the CCFL lamp could be faulty.

If Blue colors display properly in pictures or graphics check the display and size settings of your computer in relation to the size monitor.

If there is a problem with the blue color because of a problem with the monitor you might be able to compensate for it either with controls on the monitor or with the control software of your video card.

you need to upgrade the firmware. check the nec website.

You have to install the nec driver for this monitor. I have the same monitor. Im looking for the driver now. There are 2 versions of this monitor with the same model # . You will need to find the driver to the touchscreen model.
