You would have to have there password. Then it's just in your control panel, under users then you should see the password options to change or remove you have to have the password.
1. Try logging in as Administrator and remove the user's password or ask your Administrator to do it. 2. Try downloading 3rd party DOS bootable password remover using another system, try the utility cd on your system.
Dear shiltu, you first have to remove your password. Press the old password and have access to the document. Now remove the password. Set new password and save it. You're done :)
