I have a problem.. I have a Panasonic KX MB781, and I changed the drum this year.. but the sheets still continue printing like gray or shadow.. and now I found a seller who has the cylinder for the drum KX FAD93.. somebody knows if replacing the cylinder of the drum, the problem could dissapear? Thanks..

There is a little special (white) gear on the outer left side of the drumkit - a little bit below where the toner sits. That gear joins with toner mixing assy - and you can rotate it in counterclockwise all the way back. This should reset the drum counter - worked for me - I hope it also does the trick for you ;-)
