That means that there is a double entry. the number saved in your address book has eitehr been saved twice or saved twice with different names. Delete the entry in the address book then turn off and on your phone. you should see the name of the other entry now.

Go into MESSAGES, OPTIONS, ERASE ALL That should help. If not justtake it to VZW and they'll fix it for free (Manufacturer Error)

Turn it off, charge it fully, then turn it back on. If you are still having the same problem, reset the phone (instructions to do this are in the manual that came with the phone), and if it still persists it could be the battery, which you could order on Amazon or from the LG website.
