Hi the problem is not your end everybody else is having the same problem, sony are having some down time at the minute to update their servers and software so just bare with them for a couple of hours and it will be back on shortly.
dont try changing any settings as the problem is their end not yours

their are loads of people asking the same question in the last hour so you are not the only one, you could try going to the sony ps3 web site and check on their for any down time,

have you tried the F5 key?
On a lot of laptops that toggles the video output between the laptop display and the external display connection (socket on rear of laptop).

i would recommend reloading the device software using the desktop software available on blackberry.com
normally a blackberry will not tell you to enter 'blackberry' unless it is trying to wipe the device.

or your conector is disconected or your electric motor is broken both thing you need to take off your doorpanel to take a look
