Hi George
Try to reset your player if that fails then try deleting the songs this way
Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, Apps, etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------BIG WARNING: DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER. Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. ONE MORE BIG WARNING: BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER. Please take time to rate me Bud
It seems your new mp3 player memory is already full, you need to delete other files or songs before you added another. If it is not yet full, try to delete and reinstall other songs. Be sure the file songs you added has no error on it. That the only things you will do, the mp3 player operate normally and trouble come as you add new songs, don't overload it, as it's built in memory will fail. Thanks for asking.
how did you delete them?
did you delete them instantly from the file page or through the program they probably gave you with your mp3?
Also, if you removed your mp3 without clicking the "safely remove hardware" button before disconnected your mp3 with the computer, than it may have caused confussion with your hardware.
That's because no offence but it has rubbish memory. 25mb is nothing these days. Most songs are 9-15mb themselves these days, and so no wonder you have no space left.
You are attempting to add music to the disk function on your device make sure it is on the mtp function so that all of your memory is avalable. this is done when you dturn it on and then hook up to your computer. You'll figure it out I did the same thing a couple times - Good Luck
