I NEED ADAM 4520 DRIVER TO INSTALL IN MY LAPTOP

You need to install the support programs for your laptop motherboard. These are also called your "laptop driver software" which is usually shipped or packaged with your laptop. In this CD or DVD Installer, all hardware devices must be well supported by their compatible software drivers.

Now look for the CD/DVD Installer and install the drivers.

Reinstall the atheros driver or install broadcom 802.11g network adapter driver given with cd along with laptop or download it from acer.com

Try downloading the appropriate driver from the Acer website. Note Acer shows your model of laptop having Nvidia Chipsets for Video and Motherboard, install the following drivers listed

nVidia Chipset Driver v13.11 Aspire 4520 Windows Vista RealTek Audio Driver v6.0.1.5413 Aspire 4520 Windows Vista

If your laptop is the 4520, you need to download and install one of the wireless drivers (last 2 on the list) from http://www.laptops-drivers.com/acer-notebooks/free-download-driver-acer-aspire-4520.html (Check to see which one your laptop has, in Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager.

You will need to install chipset driver but it will be much better if you reinstall all driver for it.

if u install a driver and it's not working and if u don't her any kind of sound then yr driver is not proper install first of all u chek device manager in coutrol panel then system then device manager and chek sound driver is install proper ( not showing yellow symbol show ) if it's show's then uninstall it and reinstall audio driver

The ADAM-4520 is a converter between RS-232 and RS-485/RS-422

But to answer your question about converting from 9,600 baud to  19,200 baud, I'm not sure I understand. The device should support those data rates. It all depends on what you need to do.
