make sure the graphics card is seated all the way down. Perhaps remove it and then reseat it. If you are using the built in graphics i'll have to think os something else.
Try checking your power supply or swapping it with one from another computer. See if the low siren noise is coming out of the power supply or off the motherboard. That noise is usually a bad capacitor on the circuit. If it is on the motherboard you would need to replace it. Let me know what you find, Thanks for using FixYa
First check if your motherboard has audio output. If yes, then install audio drivers from the CD provided with motherboard or download from net. This should solve the problem
at first go to the bios. then default the bios setting. then check the system monitor. if the cpu is too hot you can see it. or you can change the processor. never over clock the processor.
