Listening volume My father has lost his user manual for his Audioline Digital DECT 5016 cordless phone and he needs more volume in the ear piece (not ring noise). He is getting a little deaf and we can't wotk out how to turn it up. I would certainly appreciate your help as the phone is no good to him at present.

I have this problem as well, the phones volume were working fine suddenly one day, you hardly can hear the other person on the other line, the volume is all the way up, the manual does not say how to fix this problem. My hearing is just fine, so it's not a senior person hearing problem, it's just the phone itself. I disconected for a while, I try other phone jacks, I even tried it at my sister's house and the phone(s) are still not loud enough not even with the speaker on. Anyone now how to fix this problem?
